Testing...testing...

I am very excited. I just successfully uploaded some pictures using my mobile internet. Looks like I may be able to blog from home after all! It's a REAL summers day today, sitting here our thermometer reads 38 degrees C (that's 100 degrees F if that makes more sense). So thought I might as well give this another crack. My new years resolutions have not exactly been on track. Nine days in & I have not exactly started to diet, or even watch what I eat. I am eating more salad but only because it's so hot. Tried to get some wireless broadband but the truth is A: It's expensive B: The reception here is bad. So I'm going to continue to use my mobile phone internet instead & see how far that gets me. Gardening, my herbs are slowly dying in the heat, I must remember to WATER them. However we got heaps of pavers given to us by a neighbour. Passers by seem to have been watching our progress & another stopped in recently to offer some old pavers. They are actually really good & will be great for out the front of a future garden shed or for a pathway in a vegetable garden. Amazing how many friendly people there is in our area!
